Shari-lyn Gordon-Jackson is currently the Client Service Executive for the University of Maryland's Eastern Shore Emergency Medicine hysician Group. She is also a Travel Consultant for Rubinsohn Travel American Express and a Decorating Consultant for PartyLite Candles and Accessories. Believing in the importance of a good education, Shari-lyn has attained a Master's of Business Administration from the University of La Verne (CA).
Together, Shari-lyn and her husband Vincent are the managing partners of Jack-Lyn Ranch Enterprises, Inc., their own real estate and investment company. Its holding include property in Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV, along with an interest in Eurostation Cafe Corporation. Shari-lyn and Vince hold the Lord as the center of their lives and head of their household. They are members of the First African Methodist Episcopal Church (FAME) in Los Angeles, where they were married on August 31, 1996. Vince serves as the Captain of Usher Board #2; Shari-lyn is the treasurer of the FAME DEAF Ministry and sings with the UNITY choir.
Shari-lyn is a Life Member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority (SGR), Inc. She is a charter member of The Elite Theta Epsilon Chapter, which she founded in 1980. She has served as the Sigma Sigma Chapter President and Financial Secretary, as the Western Region Undergraduate Chapter Coordinator and most recently, on the International Board of Directors as the International Rhoer Coordinaotr. The Rhoer Club, an affiliate of SGR, is an effective means to encourage our young women ages 12 to 28 to have high educational and career aspirations, prime them to meet the challenges of adulthood and teach tem important life skills. Sharilyn is also the secretary of the Board of Directors National Alliance of African American Athletes (NAAAA).
